All completed services are backed by our 30-day service guarantee. If the same issue recurs within 30 days of the original service date, we will dispatch a technician to resolve it at no additional charge.
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge if done at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $25.

Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Please have your appointment confirmation number ready.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
