Refund Policy

QuickTechVisit is committed to delivering quality service. This policy outlines our refund and service guarantee terms. Please read carefully before booking.

1. Service Guarantee

All completed services are backed by our 30-day service guarantee. If the same issue recurs within 30 days of the original service date, we will dispatch a technician to resolve it at no additional charge.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:

• The technician was unable to resolve the stated issue and no alternative solution was provided.
• The service was not performed due to a no-show or cancellation on our part without prior notice.
• A duplicate charge occurred due to a billing error.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• The service was completed as described and the issue was resolved at the time of visit.
• The customer cancels after the technician has arrived on-site.
• The issue recurs due to changes made by the customer after the service.
• The issue is caused by third-party software, ISP outages, or manufacturer defects outside our scope.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge if done at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $25.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or invoke the 30-day guarantee, contact us within the applicable timeframe:

Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Please have your appointment confirmation number ready.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
